Poundfield achieve Constructionline Gold membership

As one of the most premium Constructionline memberships available, Gold membership requires us to be assessed on a number of key credentials which are of importance to our customers when going through their supplier selection process. It provides assurance that we are complying with the latest legislation, reduces supply chain risk and enables customers to buy from us with greater confidence.

As a Constructionline Gold member, we have undergone enhanced validation checks including quality management, environmental management, equal opportunities and diversity, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies as well as adherence to the Modern Slavery Act. Gold membership exceeds PAS 91, the pre-qualification questionnaire developed by the British Standards Institute which is a common minimum requirement in the industry for construction procurement.

As a Gold member, Poundfield Precast have completed an additional set of questions under the Common Assessment Standard, which have been developed by industry experts including buyers, suppliers and trade organisations, and draw upon existing schemes like PAS 91. The Common Assessment Standard initiative is backed by Build UK and the Civil Engineering Association (CECA) and providing answers to these questions help add further detail to our profile as a Constructionline Gold member and supplier of precast concrete products.

Constructionline Gold also provides Poundfield Precast with access to Acclaim Accreditation, a health and safety accreditation service and member of the Safety Schemes in Procurement or SSIP scheme. Rather than holding multiple health and safety schemes, SSIP helps to streamline health and safety management and compliance for organisations, reducing duplication of effort and cost whilst providing buyers with confidence. Acclaim support SSIP’s objectives through providing independent assurance of our health and safety systems and providing us with SSIP Accreditation.
