Christmas comes early for Seb

Our partnership with PepTalk is part of our wider focus on improving culture, team engagement and wellbeing across our Group. The platform is designed to be fun and engaging, and there are loads of ways to get involved. There is a PepTalk mobile app for on-demand wellness support, community challenges, team check-ins and monthly company-led TeamTalks to support all our teams.

In essence, it is designed to support us in energising our teams, creating a stronger sense of connection and community across the group and helping all employees achieve their wellbeing goals.

Everybody who engaged with PepTalk via a check-in, our photo competition, or just viewing some of the great material available online was entered into a prize draw, and congratulations go to Sebastian (on right of photo), whose name was first out of the hat. He chose to take his prize as John Lewis vouchers and has promised to give his wife half of the winnings. Hopefully, it’s got Seb’s Christmas off to a flying start.
