In June 2014 Poundfield Precast took up the accumulator challenge in aid of the St Nicholas Hospice. We are happy to announce the main event for our fundraising is a golf day.
Poundfield Precast Golf day will be taking place at Hintlesham Hall, Ipswich on Monday 22nd September 2014, for what will be a fun relaxed day of golf. The day will start early afternoon with bacon rolls and refreshments on arrival, followed by a shot gun start at 1pm to play 18 holes of golf.

Canvey Island Southern Shoreline Revetment Project
We provided over 1,000 individually reinforced low-carbon precast concrete steps which were manufactured in steel moulds. The units were made using approximately 235m3 of Cemfree Rapid from DB Group Ltd, an alkali-activated cementitious material (AACM) which has 85% lower embodied carbon than 100% OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) concrete.
