Peter Pearce walks 8 miles to raise money for St Elizabeth’s Hospice.

On Saturday 10th May 2014 production operative Peter Pearce, aged 65, took part in the midnight walk from Ipswich Town Football Club to St Elizabeth’s Hospice and back, an eight mile round trip. The theme for this year’s walk was Cowboys and Indians, so dressed as a cowboy, with a full compliment of clothing from his hat to his boots, Peter left Portman Road around 11:45pm and completed the walk in approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.

Peter, who regularly supports St Elizabeth’s Hospice as an appreciation of the support and care they provided for his late partner Pam, raised £300 for the event.
